"Importance of finding the right coach who would believe in you, become your friend and a wise mentor,
become the strictest judge, and simultaneously, your inspiration."
- Ganna Rizatdinova, FROM CRIMEA TO OLYMPIC BRONZE

WHY WE ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT COACHING RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS

∞ Seeing the joy in the eyes of the gymnasts when they learn something new.
∞ Giving structure to life when growing up, e.g. scheduling homework.
∞ Fond memories of my best coaches who believed in me and inspired to exceed.
∞ The rewarding experience of passing the skills onwards.
∞ Steer clear from injuries (body & mind), still seen too often in sports.
∞ Building proper self-esteem and confidence around gymnasts' personal performance.
∞ Belonging to a global community where passion for gymnastics unites people across the borders.
∞ The fun times enjoyed at the gymnastics events.
∞ My personal goal is to mature gymnasts with good hearts and strong stamina.
